I drove the formation of a new business unit. Built the business and team from zero & launched first two product lines from scratch. Leading team of multiple functions from product, business & partnerships, sales & promotions, and oversee operations, marketing, and tech.

Worked on a contract-basis for a short-term consulting project with Google UK's Strategic Partnerships team to analyze current org, process flow, and incentives / KPI system; conducted research through deep-dive interviews of over 30 internal employees and external partners; presented analysis of key problems & potential solutions

Worked on a contract-basis for a short-term growth project for driver's team at Grab. The objective was to increase part-time drivers acquisition. Worked with external agency to deep dive on drivers' persona, conducted FGDs & qualitative researches, and re-defined branding, marketing, and acquisition strategy specifically for part-time drivers.

PVJ Fashion Week is the pioneer and first fashion week held in Bandung for the fashion society to promote young talents in the fashion & modelling industry. This live event is patented in joint collaboration with Paris Van Java Mall Bandung. Not only involving local players, this event also provides international coverage for Indonesian fashion and gained reputable attentions from international fashion lovers.
